Legislation introduced by the government through the Security Industry Authority (SIA) requires that CCTV operators must be fully licensed in order to ‘monitor the activities of a member of the public in a public or private place; or identify a particular person’.

After successfully completing the necessary levels of training, all of our monitoring staff are licensed by the SIA for CCTV Public Space Surveillance. They operate in accordance with established protocols and procedures to ensure that the service is provided to a consistently high standard in an efficient and professional manner.
