CORPS SECURITY IS ANNOUNCED AS A FINALIST AT THE NATIONAL BUSINESS AWARDS 2009
Corps Security, one of the UK’s leading security providers, is proud to announce it has been selected as a finalist in the National Business Awards 2009 Employer of the Year category. Corps Security entered the awards in July this year and following making the shortlist prepared and delivered a presentation to the judging panel earlier this month. The results of the awards will be announced at a Gala Dinner on the 10th November 2009 at the Grosvenor House Hotel, London.
Every year the National Business Awards, sponsored by Orange, attracts a large pool of high calibre companies from across a wide range of industries. Corps Security’s submission centred on the human resource strategy and focused on how this has positively impacted on both the employees and the organisation as a whole. Corps Security has received very positive feedback from its employees in relation to the human resource innovations and the benefits include reduced recruitment costs, increased customer satisfaction and excellent levels of employee retention with Corps Security’s current staff turnover figures sitting at 17.4% compared to the industry average of 22%.
