Corps Steps Onto Winner’s Podium
Corps Security took centre stage at last week’s Security & Fire Excellence Awards taking home the Company Lockdown Hero of the Year for our work supporting our customers and people throughout the pandemic.
At a glittering bash at London’s Hilton Park Lane last week, a team including MD Paul Lotter, HR manager Magda Jablonska El-Aasar, security consultant Mike Bluestone, Amy Wilkinson and regional director John Ford (pictured above) accepted the trophy on behalf of the whole company.
At the same time, Corps Security has been named a finalist in the Ospas while our CEO Mike Bullock has been shortlisted for a major business leader award. Mike is up against senior executives from JLL and NatWest, among others, for the coveted Business Leader of the Year in the Sustainability Leaders Awards. Now in their 15th year, the Edies are the UK’s largest sustainability awards recognising excellence across the spectrum of green business.
Corps has been shortlisted in four categories in the Ospas including Outstanding Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Initiative for Corps Together, Outstanding Security Training Initiative for our virtual reality training programme with Moonhub and two nominations in the Outstanding Contract Security Manager/Director category for Seetan Varsani and Keith Denton.
Well done to everyone involved!
