Corps Security Appoints Charlotte Rogers As Divisional Director For London
Social enterprise and security specialist Corps Security has named Charlotte Rogers as Divisional Director – London. Charlotte brings considerable experience leading large-scale security operations, with a background spanning guarding, security technology and risk-led service delivery.
Charlotte will lead Corps Security’s London division, bringing her approach of aligning operational delivery with commercial strategy to drive client retention, efficiency and growth across the region. She will focus on developing the division into a value-adding partner for clients, embedding continuous improvement and building stronger relationships.
Charlotte brings a blend of deep operational expertise and strong commercial acumen to the role. She recently held the position of Director of Operations at Bidvest Noonan, where she led the integration of a strategic acquisition, overseeing a UK-wide portfolio. Previously, Charlotte held Director of Operations and Regional Director positions at Ward Security, where she held full profit and loss responsibility for an extensive portfolio and led the company’s national expansion into the Midlands and the North.
